I just installed this software on my Toshiba 810 and I can't hear the caller and the caller can't hear me.
Anyone know what could be the problem?

This is very likely a NAT traversal problem: While the call is being connected, the audio ends up in the digital nirvana. Please make sure that "STUN / UPnP" is selected for "NAT Traversal" on page one of the network options. Once you have made sure that this is the case, please check the messages that AGEphone Mobile reports on startup. If you see a "NAT Check..." "... Blocked" this could mean that your internet provider is blocking VoIP. As the call gets connected in the first place this is not very likely though. For starters, please let me know whether you are using a mobile or WiFi connection so that we can troubleshoot further.
