Right now the forums are pretty much empty and there's a lot of bugs to be found and questions to be asked yet, but it can't hurt to have some guidelines right from the start. So when you post new bugs always make sure that you...
    ... are using the latest version of the WebObject.
    ... tag your posts with the [version] you are using now for later reference.
    ... have searched whether your bug is really new or already reported. Refreshing older threads always comes before opening new ones.
    ... give a detailed report of your usage scenario (browser, voip-provider, page).
Following these simple rules will help to keep the forum free from cluttered threads and will provide a much better experience for users and moderators alike. Thank you for reading!
