shouldn't be

Outbound Proxy: s22.hkbntel.net ?

s2hkbntel.net gave me a ping error. Even if it turns out to be correct, could you try using s22.hkbntel.net for server and registrar?

I have tried your suggestion but it doesn't work. The log files are more or less similar.
