Unable to register on HTC Diamond(Wifi) with smartvoip

smartvoip is a betamax site. I'm unable to register using the latest agemobile on the HTC Diamond. Please help, here is my log file.

Another couple of things I note in this version:

1. In Settings->Maintenance I see "Create Detailed Log" set to "Enable" by default.
When I switch it to "Disable", I get the prompt "Creating a detailed log file ... etc.".
But when I switch it back to "Enable", I don't get this message.

So this setting seems opposite to what it should be.

2. In either case (Enable or Disable), I don't see any log(.txt) file in My Documents->My Phone Booth.

The info.log does get saved properly, which I attached above. However, I have been unable to obtain a detailed log file.

Any ideas?

As your network settings don't seem to be the problem here, please try using sip.smartvoip.com for all four server settings fields and double check your user name and password. AGEphone Mobile 2 has no problems whatsoever with the Betamax providers as they are pretty much standard.

As for the logging function, the button does not display the current status but rather shows you what it will do once you press it. Hence the message dialog when you press it while it says "Enable". I tested the function to make sure and the log.txt gets created in My Documents / My Phone Booth just fine.

I hope that you can get it to run and look forward to seeing the extended log in case it still does not work.
