The more detailed log file will only be generated on request as it would get too big if it was written to all the time. You can set AGEphone to create this file under "Menu - Settings - Maintenance" and there "Create Detailed Log". The program informs you that this will decrease your available disk space and you should only leave the option enabled until you have encountered your problem again.
