Many connection and provider related problems can't be resolved without having a closer look at your configuration and the output AGEphone Mobile generates while trying to connect to your provider. To protect private settings like username and password we never (or rarely) ask for your configuration files but rather request two types of logs. The more general one can be found under "Menu - About - More...". Please press "Save" and the program informs you where you can find the "Info.txt" it created.

The more detailed log file will only be generated on request as it would get too big if it was written to all the time. You can set AGEphone to create this file under "Menu - Settings - Maintenance" and there "Create Detailed Log". The program informs you that this will decrease your available disk space and you should only leave the option enabled until you have encountered your problem again. The "log.txt" file can be found under "My Documents \ My Phone Booth". Please send the log files to michael//ageet//com (you know what to make of this Wink) afterwards.
