I've posted this at xda-developers before, but I didn't get a response.
1. How can I configure AGEphone to use it with a "local" VoIP provider (we use a Dlink Horstbox Professional that relays incoming/outgoing ISDN calls thru WLan from/to our PDA's, but to date this works only well with N-series Nokias)? The software keeps asking for phone pre- / suffixes......
2. Does AEGphone support call transfer (attended transfer, blind transfer)?
Thank you for your infos in advance!

Hello andib54 and welcome to the Forums! I am sorry for not getting to your post in the XDA-Dev forums. I try to keep an eye on the threads as good as I can, but the automatic response notifier didn't work reliably for me in the past and so if this happens again please always feel free to point me to your question by a quick PM. Getting to the subject:
1. Local providers shouldn't be a problem with AGEphone Mobile. Please let me know how you configured your N95 to make it run with your box and as long as it's using SIP I am sure we can get it to work. The pre- and suffix settings are are purely optional and you don't need to fill those fields out unless you need your outgoing numbers to be altered before sending them to the SIP-server.
2. AGEphone Mobile 2 currently doesn't support call forwarding in any form.

Hi Michael,
I have now configured agephone on my htc polaris, and in principal it works nicely!
Three questions:
How can I get incoming voice through the "normal" phone speaker (I hear it only through the rear speaker).
Is there any chance that you guys implement call transfer in the near future (like in Kapanga?) This would be great!!!
Is there a way to have agephone taking calls even though the HTC is in sleep mode (just like the regular phone is working)?
Thanks again!

I'm glad to hear that it works out for you all in all. As for your questions...
- The earpiece-speaker is not supported by any 3rd party VoIP software and we are dependent on the device manufacturers to provide us with some data to enable this. Unfortunately, apart from Sharp most of them have been less than responsive to our inquiries and so there is no official fix for this problem. For now my only recommendation is to use a headset. There might be another solution in the future though.
- There are no immediate plans to implement call transfer, but you will see this feature in AGEphone Mobile somewhat further down our roadmap.
- If you are using WLAN the internet connection gets disconnected once the PPC enters sleep mode. There is no way to circumvent this but to keep the device running. If you are using a 3G connection you can use AGEphone Mobile even in sleep mode as the phone will wake up once a call comes in. Make sure to set the "Register Expires" option (provider options) to a lower value if you can't receive any calls after a certain time anymore. It's set to 3600 seconds by default, but with some servers you are better of with about 600 seconds.
I hope this answers your questions and if anything else is the matter please always let me know.
