| Hello mccrum and welcome to our forums! This is a really good suggestion and we have thought about it before. Unfortunately, the ActiveSync internet connection is severely limited and doesn't allow for AGEphone Mobile to connect to your VoIP provider and place calls.

I'm trying to get GPRS/EDGE connection but when i choose any contacts and call it, nothing happened with GPRS and EDGE just still trying to check NAT, but icons near battery do not show me any connections like Gprs or Edge, how to enable it?
Why ActiveSync does not working?

You can do some web browsing over the ActiveSync connection and some programs can use it to address your device. But I heve never seen it being used for any sophisticated outgoing connection like VoIP in any program. Our programmers said that it is too limited to be of any use for a softphone.
As for the connection problems, it might be that you have to go to "Menu - Settings - 5 Power Saving" first and select "Activate Wireless" there. If it already is selected then this is indeed a bug that we need to take a look at.
